How to redeem?

1, Click "Redeem Now" button. A QR code will generate upon clicking.

2. Show the QR code to cashier for scanning within 120 seconds.

3. If it exceeds 120 seconds, QR will refresh, show the new QR code to cashier.

1. Available for PINK membership tier and above.

2. Coupon holder is entitled to a one-time deal: Buy 1 Free 1 Regular Milkshake of any flavor, limited to (3) flavors per milkshake, subject to in-store availability.

3. Valid only for (365) days from the coupon issuance date (upon app download, tier upgrade or annual tier reset).

Generic Terms & Conditions

1. Coupon is provided to you by Golden Scoop Sdn. Bhd. ("Baskin-Robbins Malaysia")

2, Coupon is only available to members of Baskin Robbins Malaysia Club 31 Loyalty Program.

3. Coupon is redeemable at all Baskin-Robbins outlets in Malaysia, but not valid for brand-owned or third party online, ecommerce or delivery platforms.

4. Coupon is to be used by the expiry date stated. Validity period cannot be extended. Expired coupon cannot be reactivated.

5. Coupon is for one time redemption only. Multiple redemptions per transaction is not allowed.

6. Present the coupon at the time of order and payment. No redemption will be allowed otherwise.

7. Can redeem multiple coupons in a single transaction, as long as all coupons belong to the same member, provided there is no discount over an existing discount, unless otherwise permitted.

8. Coupon is not valid in conjunction with other promotions or discounts, unless otherwise stated.

9. Coupon is subject to the price quoted at the outlet. Price displayed is inclusive of 6% service tax.

10. Coupon redeemed is only eligible for points collection if the member tops up with purchase, Point is given only for the top up purchase amount.

11. Coupon is not redeemable if customer's phone or outlet experiences network issues.

12. Coupon will no longer be available once given to friend.

13. Completed transaction with coupon cannot be subsequently reversed or cancelled.

14. Coupon is not refundable, or exchangeable for cash or any other denominations. Any unused balance will not be refunded.

15. Resale of such coupon is not permitted without the explicit permission of Golden Scoop Sdn. Bhd.

16. Golden Scoop Sdn. Bhd. accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft or accidental invalidation of the coupon and has no obligation to replace or refund the value.

17. Golden Scoop Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to terminate the coupon or reject any usage of coupon where there is a rational suspect of abuse or any misuse of coupon, or if the coupon is deemed forged or invalid.

18. Golden Scoop Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to terminate or substitute the coupon or revise its terms and conditions without prior notice.
